Edible Oils Facility (Manisa Industrial Park, Turkey)
Founded by its Honorary President Hasan Turek in 1981, Yonca Edible Oils Facility has today become one of Turkey’s leading manufacturing facilities in terms of production volumes. The facility is based on a 60,000 m2 of land at Manisa Industrial Park. It has a daily capacity of 700 metric tons of oilseeds crushing and 400 metric tons of refined oil production.
The advanced technology used for high-quality edible oil refining gives Yonca a strong competitive edge in the industry.
Canned Foods and Sauces Facility (Karaagacli Province of Manisa, Turkey)

Since 1994, Yonca Food produces tomato products, sauces, canned fruit and vegetable products. Yonca’s Canned Foods and Sauces Facility is based on an area of 75.444 m2 that spans a covered area of 20.500 m2.
Here are the annual production volumes of Yonca’s Production Facility based in Karaagacli: 42,000 metric tons of canned vegetables and pickled products, 6,000 metric tons of canned fruits, 648 metric tons of grilled products, 9,000 metric tons of tomato paste, 5,250 metric tons of ketchup and mayonnaise products and 5,500 metric tons of tomato dressing products.
Pickled Products Facility (Saruhanli Province of Manisa, Turkey)
Largest pickle capacity in Turkey!
By incorporating the Pickled Products Facility to its structure in 2010, Yonca Foods reached Turkey’s largest pickled food production capacity. The facility has an open area of 68,000 m2 and an in-door area of 32,000 m2.
Here are the annual pickle production volumes of Yonca: 15 to 20,000 metric tons of pepper, 10 to 15,000 metric tons of cucumber and 5 to 6,000 metric tons of fermented products.
